Tripin provides AI-powered travel planning services. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform or any of its components. All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to Tripin remain the property of Deploy Global OU.

Deploy Global OU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for any paid feature without making it explicitly clear what you are paying for.

Tripin offers a Premium subscription that unlocks unlimited trip refinements and additional AI-powered features. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Refund requests are handled at our discretion. Contact us at info@tripin.ai if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use Tripin for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.

Tripin relies on third-party services (including AI providers, mapping services, and payment processors) to deliver its functionality. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated travel information and recommend verifying critical details such as visa requirements, flight schedules, and hotel availability directly with the relevant providers.

Deploy Global OU accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of Tripin or from reliance on information generated by the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes where possible.
