What if I don't like the generated trip?expand_more

No problem. You can easily refine any part of your itinerary — adjust dates, swap places, add new stops, or regenerate the entire plan. Your trip evolves with you until it feels just right.

How accurate are the recommendations?expand_more

Our recommendations are powered by real-time data from Google Maps and Google Places, so opening hours, ratings, and locations are as up to date as possible. That said, details can change — we always recommend double-checking critical info like opening hours or reservation requirements before visiting.

Where do the recommendations come from?expand_more

tripin.ai combines OpenAI's GPT-4o language model with live data from the Google Places API, Google Maps, and curated travel knowledge. This means you get AI-powered suggestions grounded in real, verified location data — not just generic text.

Can I book flights or hotels directly through tripin.ai?expand_more

Not yet — tripin.ai is focused on intelligent trip planning and itinerary creation. We don't process flight or hotel bookings directly. However, we provide links and details so you can easily book through your preferred platforms like Booking.com, Google Flights, or airline websites.

Will tripin.ai support direct bookings in the future?expand_more

We're actively exploring booking integrations to make the experience even more seamless. Stay tuned for updates — this is a top priority on our roadmap.

Can I add my own hotel or Airbnb to the itinerary?expand_more

Absolutely. You can customize any part of your trip, including adding your own accommodation details. Just tell Tripin where you're staying and the itinerary will adjust around it.

Can I try it for free before paying?expand_more

Yes! You can generate your first trip completely free, with no credit card required. If you want more flexibility, Premium unlocks unlimited trip refinements, deeper personalization, and access to new features as they roll out.

What does the Premium plan include?expand_more

Premium gives you unlimited AI-powered trip refinements (change hotels, extend dates, add cities, and more), saved trip history, and priority support.

How do I cancel my subscription?expand_more

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again.

Can I get a refund?expand_more

If you're not satisfied with Premium, contact us at info@tripin.ai within 7 days of your purchase and we'll review your refund request. After the 7-day window, you can still cancel anytime to prevent future charges — your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?expand_more

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.

How do I sign in?expand_more

tripin.ai uses Google Sign-In for a fast and secure login experience. Click the "Log In" button in the navigation bar and choose "Continue with Google".

Is my personal data safe?expand_more

What data does tripin.ai collect?expand_more

We collect only what's needed to provide the service: your Google profile info (name and email) for authentication, your trip preferences, and generated itineraries. We also use anonymous analytics (Microsoft Clarity) to improve the user experience. We do not track your location or access your contacts.

Can I delete my account and data?expand_more

Yes. You can request full account deletion by emailing info@tripin.ai. We will remove your account data, trip history, and any personal information within 30 days of your request, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

Do you share my data with third parties?expand_more

We only share data with the third-party services required to run tripin.ai: Google (authentication & maps), OpenAI (itinerary generation), Stripe (payment processing), and Microsoft Clarity (anonymous analytics). None of these parties receive more data than necessary, and we never sell your information.

tripin.ai is currently a web application optimized for both desktop and mobile browsers — no download needed. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap. For now, you can add tripin.ai to your home screen on iOS or Android for an app-like experience.

Can I export or share my itinerary?expand_more

Yes! You can share your trip via a unique link with friends or travel companions. PDF and calendar export features are coming soon.

Does tripin.ai work offline?expand_more

You need an internet connection to generate and refine trips since the AI runs in the cloud. However, once your itinerary is loaded, you can view basic trip details even with limited connectivity.
